living roomOur large and elegant one bedroom vacation rental suite has more than "a touch of class". It can be your home away from home during your visit to Victoria BC Canada. This suite has been newly renovated with your comfort and convenience in mind, and is professionally decorated with tasteful art and objecs d'art that really do add polish to this private holiday get-away.

Included with your rental of this one bedroom suite are all the dishes, cookware, appliances and linens that you will need during your stay. We want you to feel comfortable and at home while you are here.

With your privacy and security in mind, the door has a keyless entry system and you will be given your new code when you arrive.

Living Area Photos

Living Room

A comfortable and stylish hide-a-bed sofa offers yourcomfortable seat for watching TV or reading a book by day, and extrasleeping accommodation at night if you desire.

Gas Fireplace & TV Corner

There is a corner gas fireplace in the living room that willset the mood for a cozy, relaxing evening while watching a movie orsipping a glass of wine or a cup of tea.$htmList["listKey"]

Dining Area

The small but intimate dining room is situated at the end ofthe living room. You can dim the lights and enjoy a cozy dinner whileenjoying music and the ambiance of the gas fireplace.

Stairway Railings

The beautiful wrought iron and oak railing is the focal pointof the centre of the suite and is adjacent to the dining area. Theprivate stairway leads you up the stairs to this very private hideawayoverlooking our beautiful gardens.

French Doors to Balcony

French doors off the living and dining area lead to yoursmall, exclusive balcony. Enjoy a morning coffee in the warm morningsun or just enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighbourhood from yourprivate vantage point above street level.The oak and wrought ironrailings in the foreground separate the stairway from the dining beyondit and the living room on the right.

 Breakfast Nook and Bar Cabinet

There is a sit up breakfast nook off the end of the kitchen counter for more casual meals, or if you have guests in they can visit and help cook a meal while sipping a beverage at the bar. Bar Cabinet with all accessories is situated conveniently behind the eating area.

Cooking & Sink Center

The kitchen is sleek and modern and is well equipped with all the dishes and appliances that you will need, so handy should you decide to dine in instead of enjoying one of the hundreds of eateries around town.

Sink Area

t's the small touches that add charm and atmosphere to each and every room in this rental suite. These attractive plates resting on the counter and on the display shelf above the sink brighten and lighten your work here.

Personal Internet Cafe 

This desk area is equipped with high speed internet  for your convenience. Laptop and cellphone available upon request.

In the Kitchen

Standing in the kitchen, you can look down the hall to the dining area. The door to the bedroom is off the kitchen just beyond the fridge, and the doors to the bathroom and the hall closet are off the cenral entry way where stairs lead down to your private front entrance.

Sleep in Comfort & Style

The queen size bed is covered in an elegant burgundy and gold spread, and heaped with a mound of inviting pillows. Bed side lamps entice you to read a while before falling to sleep.

Bed & Windows

The windows are artfully draped with rich red fabric, and the blinds ensure the sunlight stays out when you are trying to rest. During the day the back window provides a wonderful view of the back garden.

Reflections

A lovely large mirror enhances the room's lightening and helps you prepare your attire for your days' outings.

Dresser & Armoire

There's plenty of storage here for your clothing and purchases in this lovely armoire and dresser set.

The dresser, armoire and accent mirror are nestled in their own nook.

There is ample counter space, mirror and lightening in this beautifully decorated bathroom.

Bathroom

As you enter this full featured bathroom, the counter, sink and mirror is on your left, the tub with shower head is on your right, and the toilet is in its own nook at the back.

Toilet Nook

Candles in the wall sconce above the toilet can set the mood for a relaxing bath in this inviting European looking bathroom.

Wall Decor & Shower Curtain

The candle wall sconce and art prints decorate the walls, while the color-coordinated shower curtain ensures your privacy while you soak in the tub or have a quick shower.

A Look Inside

Living Area

The living room features a corner electric fireplace to keep you cozy and a TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. There is a double hide-a-bed if you have any overnight guests or simply for your own enjoyment.

Beautiful oak and wrought iron railings divide off the inside stairway that leads to your separate entrance on street level. Beside the stairs, two windows look out toward the Malahat, and flood the suite with afternoon sun.

Next to the stairs is a cozy dining room, lit by a sparkling chandelier and furnished with a wrought iron and glass circular table and deacon chairs. French doors take you out onto a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy a relaxing coffee or tea in the morning sun.

 

Kitchen

The full-featured kitchen offers a stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, making it easy for you to prepare your own meals when you want to stay in. Ample cupboard and pantry space can easily be stocked from nearby stores. A sit up eating bar divides the kitchen from the rest of this holiday suite.

We have included a built-in desk in the corner of the kitchen which has internet connections for your laptop. The desk is by the large window that overlooks the beautiful gardens and pond. Laminate floors add a lustre throughout.

 

Bedroom

The bedroom is accessed from the kitchen and features a queen size bed, night tables, and a dresser and armoire set in rich dark walnut. Floors in the bedroom are laminate - it is the perfect solution for those who have allergies.

Two bright windows offer great views of the peaceful garden below that will help you to relax. Blinds allow you to shut out the light when you are ready to rest.

 

Bathroom

The 4 piece bath is warm and cozy in a Tuscan gold and black color scheme.

Relax while taking a leisurely soak in the tub or have a quick shower - it's totally up to you.

 

Laundry

There is access to the washer and dryer if required below the suite in a shared laundry area.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is outside in the private back garden. It will be available for your use provided you book ahead and sign a liability waiver.
